Terms & Conditions for Use

Trailer weight is approx. 240kg, Tyre pressure should be approx. 35psi

• Note: The 7x5 Trailer is fitted with hydraulic brakes.
• The brakes can be engaged when stationary using brake handle
• The Brake handle must be released when driving and the small level left open so brakes mechanically engaged with movement of car braking.
• The small level should be engaged when reversing trailer to stop brakes working.
• Equipment Supplied with Trailer

• A wheel brace fitted to cage door rear of the trailer.
• Torno cover remove as needed with supports.  

Conditions Of Hire 

1. I / we will use the facility only in accordance with the instructions / procedures as provided, and Conditions of Use set out below, or as otherwise advised.
2. I / we accept full liability regarding the following:
3. Any damage to the facility (or loss), whether caused in transit or in operation or otherwise, at any time during the period of hire; and, any cost or liability to any third party arising from the transit or operation of the facility during the period of hire.
4. I / we accept full liability regarding any traffic infringements notices or fines in respect of the transport of the facility
5. I / we will advise the Boroondara District in writing as soon as practical of any incident arising from the transit, storage or use of the facility which may be expected to lead to a claim by any party.
6. ** Reminder all incidents or misuse must be reported to Boroondara District personnel.
